If you lose your key, we can cut your lock off for you. We will do this for free. We just ask that you have us cut the lock and don't attempt to cut it yourself as it may damage the door or latch.
Every customer must sign the rental agreement, but you are not contracted to stay any longer than you wish. Rent is due on the 1st od each month, and is not refunded at move out. You should plan to move out before the 1st to avoid being charged an additiona month's rent.

Currently, all of our units are 10x10. A 10x10 unit is about half the size of a single car garage.
Rent is $45 per month and is due on the 1st day of each month. Your first month's rent is a reduced pro-rated amount.
Customers supply their own lock. Our doors are design for disc locks, which can be found at nearly any hardware store and are typically about $10.
